Paul Gardner is an experienced Open Water coach and swimmer He is a British Triathlon Federation Level II coach, (Open Water), ASA Swim Teacher and is on the Swim Smooth shadow coach roster.
He has competed individually all over the world and has captained his GB Age Group team at the Vancouver and Hamburg world championships as well competing twice at Dublin and Eilat in the European Sprint Championships.
Amongst other things he is Technical swim coach at Hillingdon Triathletes and sits on the Triathlon England Board and Triathlon South Central Regional committee.
Paul specialises in optimising technique to the individual's abilities to ensure a confident and relaxed time in the water. Especially effective with novices and nervous swimmers as well as performance athletes.
Rebecca Sore has been swimming Open Water since 2004, competing many times for Great Britiain Triathlon Age Group and always finishing top 20.
She has completed 3 Ironmans and was part of the womens Sprint Open Team Relay champions in 2012. Its fair to say she prefers training and racing the longer distances!
She is a British Triathlon Federation Level I coach with many years experience in group coaching at all levels.

She's also partial to a post swim cup of tea, or pre swim for that matter, anytime in fact.

A lesson is as long as we think you're having fun, and we usually film you pre and post swim and whether you book one or more sessions you'll get a personalised email reminding you of what you learnt. All coaches are fully OW insured and are CRB | DBS checked.
